Better yet, what were they smoking when they wrote this song? Wait, not just them what was that entire generation smoking for it to get so popular? Wait, ok, now I remember what they were smoking...

These two are nuts. Both he and "his love". First of all, if "My Love" woke up one morning and started talking, no wait, singing to the stars (in the morning) then broke out with a loud "Gliddy, glup, gloopy Nibby nabby noopy La, la, la, lo, lo", I'd have to ask myself, "What am I doing here? How much did I have to drink last night?" Then I'd call 911 and say "yes, this is a psychological emergency."

Somehow this poor guy can see starshine and sunshine simultaneously...the love in your skies reflecting the sunlight in my lovers eyes. By the end of the song he is expecting a response from the "starshine" Can you hear me? And in case they dont get it, he kindly explains what he's doing, over and over and over again: Singin' a song, hummin' a song, singin' a song Lovin' a song, laughin' a song, singin' the song Sing the song, song the sing song song song sing, sing sing sing song....

When I hear this song, I freak out, I have to imediately find another song to counter-react the effects of this one. The worst thing in the world is to have this song stuck in your head while you are trying to work on your spreadsheets.
